Home Practice Letter

section break

The ASHA NOMS Project (ASHA, n.d.) reinforced the notion that many SLPs share: students who practice at home are more likely to generalize target sounds. This parent-friendly letter is available for SLPs to use in their practice. Please feel free to put your name on the letter and distribute this to families. It underscores the concept that speech is a motor skill that requires daily practice. It is currently available in English and Spanish.
