Self-Monitoring Chart

section break

Students can utilize this resource to take their own data during sessions or at home. Some families put it on the fridge so children can mark each time they hear themselves use good sounds at home. The log comes with a key for students to personalize. For example, one student drew a happy face for "Just right," a neutral face for "Okay" and a frown for "Can do better."
